Sage Skincare was founded by a Certified Paramedical Esthetician, Barbara Strickland, in 1982 in order to bring skincare products into the market that she would actually recommend to her clients and use herself.

Barbara was a skincare enthusiast-- it was her life's passion & purpose to make the world more beautiful one face at a time.

She started Sage with the simple goal of giving the world great skin, making the world more beautiful one face at a time.

Our current President, Melissa Coleman, started working alongside Barbara in 2012. Barbara taught her everything she knew and they began running the business together until Melissa completely took over after Barbara passed in 2019. Melissa’s intention is simply to carry on Barbara’s legacy by keeping the integrity of the line Barbara created while remaining mindful of the release of new and better ingredients.

And today we still stop at nothing to create the most clean, luxurious, and effective formulas in the skincare game. We want you to love the skin you are in, and we want your daily bathing and skincare rituals to be as luxurious and sacred as possible.
